The stars that shone down on my life have never faded,

they still burn brightly and still they guide me,

through troubled waters and hungry times.

We’ve all embarked upon a journey,

that takes us a life time to complete.

We’re never sure where we might find ourselves,

or who along the way we’re going to meet.

One road makes you, one road breaks you.

One road saves you, one road shakes you.

One road leads you one road heals you.

One road takes you all the way.

Stargazers through the ages

looked to the heavens for a sign,

that life has got some meaning and

someone out there hears our cries.

Those who move around in high places,

the beggar sitting on the busy street.

The King in his golden palace,

all search for an answer to this mystery.
